Retrofit Tendering Engineer

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and conduct technical sales briefings. Analyze customer specifications and estimate technical requirements. Evaluate sales proposals for technical accuracy. Support implementation and troubleshooting of solutions. Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Technical and commercial acumen. Experience in tendering or technical sales. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple proposals.
